Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, coffe and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards before serving. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets and catering functions. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Skills

Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is beneficial. Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Experience as a barista or in the food industry can enhance your candidacy.
