Overview

We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending duties, food safety practices, and effective time management to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing. A passion for bartending and creating enjoyable experiences for guests.
