Full-Time Bar Person - Premium Venue | Market Harborough

sociable hours - Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 6pm

We're thrilled to be launching a brand new premium venue in the heart of Market Harborough -- and we're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Bar Person to join our journey from day one!

About the Role:

This is a full-time employed position, offering a stable, rewarding role in a stylish, welcoming environment where great service and customer experience are everything.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll deliver exceptional service behind the bar, including:

Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks (cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks) Creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for guests Maintaining a clean, organised bar area Assisting with stock control and restocking supplies

What We're Looking For:

Previous bar experience Friendly, confident, and professional attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills A team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality service
