Summary

As a Hospitality Team Member at Percy Wood Country Park, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay and you will contribute to delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards of food safety and preparation.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Ensure adherence to food safety standards. Support restaurant operations, including serving food and beverages to guests. Engage with guests to enhance their holiday experience through upselling products and services. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and dining areas. Manage time effectively to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.

Aged 18 and over

Unfortunately, due to our rural location there is limited public transport - so ability to drive would be essential
