We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bar and waiting Staff to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for customer service and a background in the food and beverage industry. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of food and beverage offerings. We are a pub with lots of regular customers, so being outgoing and chatty isa must!

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries about menu items with a smile! Assist with dessert preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages during peak service times. Maintain an organized bar area by restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly. Participate in banquet services and catering events as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Experience

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Familiarity with serving techniques, food handling practices, and safety regulations within the food industry. Barista experience or knowledge of beverage preparation is highly desirable as we offer coffees. A background in hospitality or dietary aide roles can be beneficial for understanding guest needs.
