We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages, ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations when needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist in restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Skills

Previous experience in bartending or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Strong hospitality skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments effectively. Effective time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is an advantage. A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
