We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. (Over 18s only) As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve bartending duties, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with our standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and china disposing of waste appropriately.
Assist in managing stock levels by monitoring inventory and reporting any shortages to the management team.
Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous but can be learned on the job.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
