As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers promptly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed. Assisting in food preparation and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Ability to operate a computerised till system for handling cash and processing orders. Excellent time management skills and reliability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
