We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in managing inventory levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Bartending experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe working environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a friendly atmosphere within the establishment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 45 per week
