Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of menu items, including daily specials, to provide recommendations to customers - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred - Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills - Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
