We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team as we look to reopen under new ownership. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and cocktail preparation is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is an advantage but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
