Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is advantageous. Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience would be beneficial. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
