We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the bar area. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary guidelines. Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their experience. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximise sales opportunities. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and menu items to answer guest inquiries confidently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in serving and guest services is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A background in culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
