Our pub is a local favourite, serving up proper pints, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're committed to high standards across the board, from the way we pull a pint to how we serve every dish. Whether it's a busy weekend or a quiet midweek pint, we believe in doing things properly.

The Role

We're on the lookout for friendly, reliable bar staff to join us ahead of reopening. You'll play a key role in getting the pub up and running, serving drinks, taking food orders, and helping us create a smooth, welcoming experience from day one.

Full training will take place before opening

so you'll be confident, prepared, and part of a close-knit team before we open the doors.

Key Responsibilities

Serve drinks confidently and responsibly Take food and drink orders clearly and efficiently Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, approachable attitude Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean, organised and well-stocked Help run food to tables and maintain service flow during busy shifts Handle payments accurately Work as part of a team to keep standards high, even when it's busy Follow all health, safety and licensing regulations

What We're Looking For

Experience in a pub or bar is ideal, but not essential - full training will be provided A genuine interest in hospitality and working with people Calm under pressure and good at multitasking Comfortable in a fast-paced environment A team player who takes pride in their work Must be available for training the week before opening Evening and weekend availability preferred
