We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or requests. Assist in food preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for replenishment. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced till at the end of each shift. Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour
