Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and restaurant area, ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working order. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service delivery.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanour. Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
