Duties

Supervise and lead bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling stock levels to minimise waste. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring it meets operational standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience in a bar setting is essential. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
