We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor to help with the running of our bar and food operation - someone who is also looking to progress to a higher management level in the future.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the bar team to ensure efficient service and adherence to company standards
Lead shifts and support the bar team
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices.
Keep service smooth and customers happy
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Help with stock, cash handling and staff training
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting.
A people person with great energy
Organised and reliable
A big plus if you know your whisky - but passion to learn is just as good!
Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
Knowledge of barista techniques is also a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
