The Job Spec;

Venue: The Quadrant

Role: Supervisor

Hours: 30-35 per week/4-5 shifts a week

Rate: 13.87 per hour

Holiday Pay: Obvs!

A little bit about us...

We are focused on building a venue that has Brighton at the core of its values and develop relationships with our customers, suppliers and local residents.

We have an ever evolving music venue upstairs "The Folklore Rooms" where we focus on holding intimate shows and stand up comedy during The Fringe Festival

A little bit about the role (and the right fit)

- Shift Managing; we are a small venue, so a desire and understanding that there's nowhere to hide during a shift is important. There will be times where you'll be expected to work on your own. You cannot be afraid to get your hands dirty and expect to behind the jump a fair bit. A work ethic and attitude is everything!

- Strong customer service and bants. A small team needs to have big character

- A love for music - it would be great to have someone equally passionate on the team

- Experience with running a shift and all that comes with it... cellar trained, personal license holder, aware of license objectives, cashing up and strict front & boh operating procedures. (Or a least a willingness to learn all the above).

- A love of Brighton
