Duties

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to service standards. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink served. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Assist in the development of innovative drink menus and promotions to enhance customer experience. Provide training and support to staff on bartending techniques, food preparation, and customer service skills. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Experience

Proven experience in bartending with a strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques. Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a bar or hospitality setting is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
