We are looking for a confident, experienced, and proactive
Bar Supervisor
to join our vibrant and growing team. In this supervisory role, you will take the lead in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the bar. As a key holder and Personal Licence holder, you will ensure the legal and responsible service of alcohol, uphold licensing objectives, and motivate the team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support daily bar operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and staff performance.
Serve as the designated Personal Licence holder on shift
, ensuring full compliance with all licensing laws and alcohol regulations.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and to a high standard.
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is functioning and maintained.
Lead by example in upholding food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Accurately handle cash, card transactions, and end-of-day cashing-up procedures, with strong attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and a cohesive customer experience.
Provide coaching and guidance to bar staff, helping to train new team members and maintain a positive working environment.
Manage rotas, stock control, and supply orders in coordination with management.
Create and sustain a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere for all patrons.
Experience & Requirements
Personal Licence
is essential.
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior bartending role within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of alcohol service laws, licensing regulations, and health & safety standards.
Strong basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock calculations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team during busy periods.
Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Positive, approachable, and professional attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
