Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar and ensure a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with a passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for managing stock and waste, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while fostering a positive team environment.

You will have experience of working in a busy bar environment.

A knowledge of craft beers and creative flare for creating cocktails is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting stock checks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area. Create and implement innovative drink menus that enhance the guest experience. Ability to work in a busy bar

Experience

Proven experience in a bar supervisor role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on hospitality excellence. Previous barista experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
