Misfits is a brand with eclecticism at it's core and we want hard working, creative bartenders to jump onboard and get involved with something unique. The concept is simple; wicked food and drink, big tunes, weird and wonderful vibes.

We're looking for people who love the chaos, love the banter and most importantly love making awesome drinks. You will need to be hands on, have a strong sense of urgency and bring your own flare to the table.

Shifts will be a mix of early and lates with part-time hours available. Experience is preferred but not essential, so long as you're passionate and willing to learn we can teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

:

We're looking for a Bar Supervisor to support the Management Team in the daily running of the business. We aren't looking for a box ticker, weighed down by emails, traffic light reports and endless meetings. We are looking for free thinkers, self starters and innovators with a proven record of leading a team, building the culture and driving sales through creativity and out of the box thinking.

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality beverage offerings. Maintain inventory levels. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations as necessary.

Requirements

:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Previous experience in bar management or as a bartender is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
