Experience in a busy Bar & Brasserie and a good knowledge of wine and cocktails is essential as is 2 years Supervisory experience.

The role is contracted at 37.5 hours per week, however more hours are available and will cover a mixture of shifts, therefore candidates must be available for weekdays and weekends.

Key Tasks

You will be a key member of the Food & Beverage team, providing guests with a distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service To help support and guide the team and encourage them to support one another To encourage high standards of service and hygiene. Preparation of the Bar & Brasserie ahead of service to ensure guest comfort Offer expert product knowledge to guests Support the Management team in the smooth operation

Candidate Requirements

2 Years previous experience in a guest facing role within a high quality establishment; A team player with excellent organisational and time management skills; Impeccable attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude; Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills
