Crieff Hydro Hotel

Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we're set in a 900acre estate in stunning Perthshire. Home from home, we've been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities- there really is something for everyone!

About the role

We're looking for experienced and passionate

Bar Supervisors

to join our team across our

four unique bars

. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where exceptional service and creativity go hand in hand.



You'll bring

strong mixology skills

, a flair for creating memorable guest experiences, and the confidence to

train and support new team members

. Whether it's crafting signature cocktails or ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service across our venues.



These are full time, 40 hours per week positions.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a bar supervisory role, ideally in a high-volume setting Excellent mixology skills and a passion for drinks innovation A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude Strong communication and organisational skills Flexibility to work across different bars and shifts

What you'll get from us

13.50 per hour

plus a share of tips (estimated

2,000 per annum

for full time team members).
