Summary

"We are seeking a dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our team at Darlington Rugby Football Club in Darlington. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our guests' experiences by overseeing bar operations and ensuring exceptional service that aligns with our club's values of community and hospitality."

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.

Manage bar staff, providing training and support to foster a positive work environment. Develop and implement bar menus that reflect seasonal trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with the events team to provide exceptional service during functions. Maintain financial records related to bar operations, including sales reports. Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed Weekend availability

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers positively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality. Experience in developing menus or beverage offerings is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 5,616.00-16,848.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
