The dog house is a super fun, weird and wonderful bar that prides itself on its quirky decor, amazing drinks and all round great time !

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a fun atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and a creative flare! This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively while maintaining high standards on and off the bar.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, opening the bar/premises and preparing for service, closing down the bar/premises, and inventory management. Supervise and train bar staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/floor area, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, address concerns, and enhance their experience. Paying and being responsible for entertainment events. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Responsible for managing any problems on shift.
Skills

Proven experience in a bar or management role, with strong supervisory experience. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of bar operations. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers alike. Pay: 13.25 per hour
