Freddy's is on the lookout for a confident, motivated
Bar Supervisor
to lead by example, support the team, and keep the good vibes (and drinks) flowing all night long.What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising the bar team
during shifts to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent serviceTraining and mentoring staff
to ensure everyone's up to speed and smashing service standards Keeping the barclean, tidy, and fully stocked
- always ready for the next rushMonitoring stock levels
and assisting with stock orders and deliveries Drivingupselling
of premium drinks and cocktail options - helping guests upgrade their night out Supporting management with daily bar operations and maintaining health & safety standardsWhat We're Looking For:
Previous bar or hospitality experience - ideally in a supervisor or senior bartender role Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive attitude Confidence in training and motivating team members Good knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails, and bar trends Someone who thrives in a late-night, high-energy environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
