Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and service-driven Bar Supervisor to lead the bar operation and ensure it reflects PSC's values of community, positive energy, lifestyle and uncompromising quality. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step up and ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a fast-moving, lifestyle-focused club environment. There will be an opportunity to develop and take on a Bar Manager role in the future. In this role, you'll oversee a small team, manage stock and service and create a warm, social atmosphere that elevates every visit to the club.

Here's what you'll do:Team Leadership & Service Standards:

? Lead, train, and motivate bartenders and floor servers to provide exceptional service.

? Foster a positive and collaborative bar culture built on teamwork, energy, and friendliness.

? Conduct regular team briefings, focusing on skill development, feedback, and continuous improvement.

? Ensure the team actively engages with guests, checking for drink top-ups and creating memorable social interactions that go beyond great service.

Bar Operations & Guest Experience:

? Oversee all aspects of bar service, ensuring drinks are prepared, presented, and delivered to the highest standard.

? Be a visible presence on the floor, especially during peak hours, to connect with members and create a lively, social environment.

? Uphold cleanliness and safety across the bar, lounge, and service areas in line with PSC's "quality without compromise" value.

? Manage daily setup and breakdown procedures to ensure seamless readiness.

Inventory & Stock Management:

? Monitor and maintain stock levels for beverages, consumables, and bar supplies; place orders in coordination with the Club Manager.

? Track wastage, manage usage, and ensure best practices for storage and rotation.

? Regularly update product offerings, including seasonal drinks and specials, to keep the menu fresh and lifestyle-focused.

Facility Readiness & Presentation:

? Ensure all public areas under bar and lounge responsibility are clean, vibrant, and welcoming at all times.

? Collaborate with the wider club team to deliver smooth transitions between padel bookings, social events, and hospitality service.

Event Support:

? Support planning and delivery of PSC social events, tournaments, and private functions - curating bar service that enhances the community experience.

? Lead bar setup, staffing and inventory preparation for events, contributing to PSC's reputation for unforgettable experiences.

You're a great fit if you:

? Have 1-2+ years' experience in bar management or a senior hospitality role.

? Have strong leadership, communication and people skills, with a natural flair for creating community.

? Have a passion for lifestyle-led hospitality, drinks trends and vibrant social spaces.

? Have a hands-on approach with a high personal standard for cleanliness, efficiency and presentation.

? Are able to thrive in a dynamic, social and team-oriented environment.

? Are flexible in your availability, including evenings, weekends and event days.
