Job Description
The LAB is looking to hire one Bar Supervisor. Following a recent refurbishment of the venue The LAB is looking forward to a bright future. The venue is one of Glasgow's best known bars just off Buchanan Street and behind Princes Square.
As Supervisor you will be working closely with the Bar Manager and Senior Management. You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations which lead to the successful running of the bar. You will be tasked with driving the team to ensure the the highest possible standards of service and cleanliness.
Other tasks may include:
Supporting and guide the FOH team Cellar management Contributing to menu development Staff training Keyholder Financial reporting
The ideal candidate will strive for continuous improvement and be a role model for those around them. You will be a natural positive leader, be organised and knowledgeable in training and supporting the team. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
