The Role
As Bar Supervisor, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day running of the bar, supporting the Bar Manager and leading shifts. You'll be hands-on behind the bar, supervising staff, maintaining high service standards, and helping with stock control and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising and motivating bar staff during shifts
Always delivering excellent customer service
Opening and closing the premises securely
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Assisting in planning and delivering club events and functions
About You
We're looking for someone with:
? Previous bar or hospitality supervisory experience
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? A responsible, proactive, and hands-on approach
? Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional event
