We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high standard of service and hospitality. This role requires effective leadership and the ability to maintain food safety standards while managing bar staff and operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to quality standards.
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development.
Oversee preparation within the bar area, ensuring compliance is followed.
Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
Requirements
Proven experience in a bar management role or similar supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
