As a Bar Supervisor at Crerar Hotels, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of the bar. With a strong background in the food and beverage sector, you'll be skilled in administration, staff training, and customer relations. Your proven track record in a similar role will ensure you're able to lead by example, with a positive approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You'll inspire the team to meet and exceed our high standards through excellent communication and organisational skills. In this role, you'll ensure smooth bar operations, pre-empting and addressing any issues promptly while keeping management informed. You'll also oversee the till and cashing-up procedures, as well as managing stock and maintaining inventory control, ensuring the highest levels of service at all times.
