We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with a passion for food and beverage service. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Duties

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards. Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and safety in all offerings. Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative drink pairings that enhance the dining experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Monitor financial performance of the bar, implementing strategies to improve profitability.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience within a bar or restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production. Familiarity with hospitality best practices, including serving techniques and customer service excellence. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance in all operations. Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is an advantage. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest interaction. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
