We're looking for experienced professionals who have a passion for crafting creative and tasty drinks and an enthusiasm for taking care of customers. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, prioritizing customer satisfaction over all else.

Responsibilities are to ensure that bar staff, including yourself will:

Deliver an enjoyable customer experience with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ensure that customers are served with a high level of quality service. Check that all customers have adequate meal, drink, and snack supplies. Answer customer questions such as product availability, selection questions, and recommendations. Keep the bar area clean and tidy at all times.:Enforce company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for employees, patrons, and the public.
Also, your responsibilities are:

To monitor staff: making sure they are following the rules and procedures.

Report any issues to the managers

Log wastage, refusals, tokens and housekeeping to the bar books

Physically go around the venue and make sure staff is deployed efficiently and the venue is clean and safe

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 14.25 per hour
