Join a fast-paced, multi-bar and restaurant venue at the heart of East London's hospitality scene. Mare Street Market is one of East London's busiest and most vibrant destinations -- home to food, drink, culture, and community. Our bar is at the heart of the action, buzzing day and night, serving cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with personality and care. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team and help keep the bar running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

? Preparing the bar ahead of service, ensuring everything is set for success.

? Overseeing and actively participating in busy service periods.

? Supporting and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service.

? Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

? Managing and maintaining beer line cleans to the highest standards.

? Assisting with training and development of bar staff.

? Helping with drink menu and cocktail development.

? Monitoring stock rotation and contributing to stock control when required.

? Acting as a key point of contact for guest queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

? Manage time and bar staff effectively during peak hours.

Your Experience:

?? Supervisory or senior bar experience (ideally in a high-volume environment).

?? Strong product knowledge across beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.

?? A natural leader who isn't afraid to get stuck in.

?? Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.

?? A team player with strong communication skills.

?? Most importantly -- someone who loves good drinks and great service!
