We are currently looking for a Supervisor to help and support the Manager with the general running at one of our bars in London's famous West-End, Covent Garden.
We are looking for outgoing, high energy team members who aren't scared of hard work and relish the fun that hospitality has to offer. Ambition is nurtured, and with the right qualities, we look upon every Supervisor to promote further as opportunities arise.
Full training and qualifications will be supplied where necessary, including stock and cash control, budgets and targets. Being able to support the Manager and integrate with the team is a must. As the old saying goes, 'Teamwork makes the dream work'.
Previous experience within the hospitality sector is preferred for this position but personality and passion are qualities that take priority as full on-the-job training can be provided. This position could also appeal to any ambitious, proven bar staff, looking to take the next step up.
We can be flexible on the starting date, depending on the applicants' current commitments.
