Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full running of shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining our high level of standards. The Dog House is part of a small London based pub company where team and quality of offer are at the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
