Here at Butcher's at Westgate, we are looking for skilled Bar Supervisor who is passionate about wine & cocktails, aims to provided a high standard of personable service and has a hospitality mind to join our team.

In this role, we are looking for an experienced, creative individual who can provide exceptional service to our guests through making & crafting cocktails, offering a high level of customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for both visitors & team.

We are excited to be exploring and producing seasonal menus, and we hoping to a find creative mind, who will endeavour to create new guest-favourite drinks and serves.

Our ideal candidate would inhabit the following attributes;

Teamwork; Working well with management, the kitchen brigade and other front of house team members is essential for this role. Our main purpose while at work is to ensure our guests have an exception time with us, and to achieve this, we expect team to work well together to deliver excellent service.

Attention to detail; Our reputation allows our guests to expect a high standard throughout their visit. We require our front of house team uphold that standard by being attentive, observant and pro-active.

Communication: Being able to communicate politely, professionally and enthusiastically with guests is important for this role. We also expect our team to communicate effectively, politely & respectfully towards each other.

Multi-tasking; Being in control of your section, owning your tasks and work with your colleagues is a must in this role.

Leadership; Assist in training new team & take ownership of the bar & its offerings.

Butcher's Bar at Westgate is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday every week and is in The Westgate in Long Eaton. Within our building, we also operate Cleaver Coffee Co. & The Westgate Suites Wedding Venue. This role will be exclusively for the Butcher's; however, opportunities may present themselves to work at the other businesses.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
