Bar Supervisor Responsibilities

Supervise the bar team & oversee the operation of the bars

Deliver outstanding guest experience and providing a unique guest journey

Oversee set-up/break down

Manage guest complaints

Manage cleaning, due diligence and food safety

Schedule breaks Support with team training Assisting with bar stock audits, line counts and stock rotation

Hold Supervisor meetings
