We are excited to announce the opening of a brand new venue with a stunning city centre location we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to be apart of the opening or an Irish bar with an American twist.

As a bar supervisor you'll work closely with the bar manager to deliver high quality drinks and and exceptional guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring effective teamwork and high levels of service. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and safety standards are met. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement training programmes for staff on food safety, service techniques, and product knowledge. Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with Bar Manager to design innovative drink menus that complement the culinary offerings. Monitor bar operations to maximise profitability while maintaining quality service.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a high volume bar setting is essential. Strong background in hospitality with significant culinary experience preferred. Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Barista experience would be advantageous. A solid understanding of serving techniques and customer service excellence is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
