Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ba rsupervisor to oversee the operations of our bar and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and bartending, with a passion for team management and food safety. As Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant atmosphere while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage and train bar staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while ensuring quality and consistency. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area. Supervise the preparation of beverages and assist with food preparation as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and food safety practices. Experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Familiarity with kitchen operations is advantageous, particularly in supervising food preparation processes. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: 26,163.00-27,601.00 per year
