Job Description

NEWPORT, PEMBROKESHIRE, WEST WALES

We are currently looking for a full time member of staff who has prior experience supervising and managing a high turnover bar and restaurant. Specific duties include:

Fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Leading and managing a large team. Assisting in overall management.
Furthermore, the individual will be tasked with providing positive and friendly service. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a high turnover environment. Must be presentable & able to display a general understanding of good hygiene. Must be able to reliably commute. Must possess a personal license.

The role is full time. While hourly pay is advertised, an annual salary can be provided if preferred. It is not seasonal work, we operate in a full capacity all year.

Tips are split fairly and calculated based upon hours worked. These are received in addition to the salary advertised. For reference, last August full-time employees received up to 400 in tips! ACCOMMODATION CAN BE PROVIDED IF RELOCATION IS NEEDED.

The candidate will be expected to provide references.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
