We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality , with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Bar Supervisor, you will oversee all bar operations, ensuring a high standard of drink service while maintaining a vibrant atmosphere. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, including staff supervision and scheduling Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times Train and mentor bar staff in serving techniques, hospitality standards, and product knowledge Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Develop and implement new drink menus and promotions to enhance customer experience Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the bar area to meet health and safety standards Handle customer complaints or issues professionally to maintain satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to continuous improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
