We're looking for an experienced, dynamic bar supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our bar, grow business through creative thinking, and represent OGV professionally in front of corporate clients. This isn't just a management job -- it's a leadership role where you'll be expected to help shape the future of OGV Taproom Peterhead.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company policies. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations Assist in the development of new drink menus and promotions to enhance guest experience. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service, and food preparation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management within a hospitality setting. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience and a solid understanding of bar operations. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
