our first and busiest bod cafe are on the lookout for a Supervisor to come on board to join our management team at our bod Cafe Bar.
As a bar supervisor you'll be passionate about providing excellent customer service for our customers.
From serving our customers food & drinks to cellar management and back office work, you'll be an all-rounder, happy to help and working across all areas. You'll be great at communication, have loads of team spirit and the drive to learn and develop in the role as you go.
This role will include both day and evening shifts and weekend availability. We're looking for someone with previous experience in bar & cellar management, cash handling and leading a team. We love to promote great people from within, so there are always opportunities for progression.
What is a bod cafe bar:
At bod we love coffee and cake & we also love real ale and delicious food but above all of this, we love to provide a space that the local community can come to meet up and have a good chat over a drink or a bite to eat. That is why we created the bod cafe bar concept.
Helping to lead a team you should have excellent training, development, and coaching skills. You should share our passion for delivering exceptional levels of service to a diverse clientele. You will hold the financial acumen to plan and grow the business, whilst delivering solid results.
