Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to assist our current manager in delivering exceptional service and targets by creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of bartending practices. This role involves overseeing bar operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while maintaining high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Help develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Help plan and execute events throughout the year.

Skills

Proven experience in bartending with a strong understanding of beverages. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Experience in restaurant or culinary environments is advantageous. Experience in leadership roles with organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
