Bar Supervisor
At Hunton Park Hotel
We are looking for a Bar Supervisor who has had experience of working in a similar property and someone who is passionate, and customer focused and who would relish the pleasure and freedom of working within a hotel.
As Bar Supervisor you will:
-Supervise the bar within this elite operation where you will be dealing with high profile clientele and offering a first-class service
-Look after customers and guests within the lounge bar when required
-Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to junior team members and ensuring each customer is offered the highest level of customer service
-Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers.
-Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements.
The hotel has an excellent reputation and can offer a dedicated team member the opportunity for further career development.
