We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring that our bar provides exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise, team management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and food offerings.
Duties
Supervise and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the bar area.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Monitor financial performance of the bar, implementing strategies to maximise profitability.

Experience
Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.
Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required.
Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in beverage preparation.
