Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor/Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high standard of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your role will also involve collaborating with the kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management and cellar maintenance/ Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with regulations. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative drink menus that complement food offerings. Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, cocktail preparation, and customer service skills. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in a bar supervisory/assistant manager role or similar position within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of bartending practices, cocktail preparation, and beverage management. Familiarity with food safety regulations and culinary practices is essential. Demonstrated ability in team management, leadership, and supervising staff effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: 13.29-13.50 per hour
